I couldn't lift a light 10 inch pan to the kitchen counter without increased left shoulder pain, shakiness and assist from my other good arm.   I also had increased left hip pain that I could not find relief from.   I had one healing session with Kristi. By the next morning I knew something was different as I could lift light items with my left shoulder with no pain and no limitations.  Fast forward one month later, I am pain free in my hip and my left shoulder.  I can lift 3 heavy pans at the same time with my left arm.  I even went to Solidcore which is an intense workout for the body with no limitations or pain.  I honestly thought I would have to live the rest of my life with this pain and weakness because I struggled with it for so long.  Thank god I was wrong!!!  Thank you Kristi!!!   I am a believer!

It's been an extreme roller coaster of emotions the last day, my only brother passed away. Today I ended up with a migraine and severe stomach pain from the emotion. Normally I would spend the time balancing myself, but with the severe shock of it all I was unable to know where to begin. I reached out to Kristi and asked her to do a balancing session on me. This amazing woman did the session with no questions asked. She discovered every emotion I was having and released a lot of the heavy burden in my head, neck and stomach.
